I offer individual therapies as part of psychological support in the face of life events or in the management of disorders such as: Anxiety, Phobias, Obsessive disorders, Depression, Eating disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress, Professional Stress / Burn-out, Difficulties in emotional regulation (anger management), Bereavement, Addictions, Lack of self-esteem, Insomnia, Trauma and Abuse.

The rhythm is to be defined together by adapting it to your needs. The session lasts 50 min.

With children, my first wish is to set up an atmosphere in which the child can feel comfortable and which allows him to open up. This is why play and relationship with parents are at the center of my practice. The first session for children usually takes place in the presence of parents. This frame will be adapted to the needs of teenager.

The issues that I deal with include: opposition, anger, behavioral disorders, sleep disorders, eating disorders, school phobia, performance anxiety, social anxiety, phobia, panic attack (anxiety attack), obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD), separation anxiety, enuresis / encopresis.

Simple, practical, more accessible, on-line therapies have many advantages. In addition, several scientific studies have shown that teleconsultations are just as effective as in-office therapy. These studies looked at various disorders such as depression (1), anxiety, panic disorders or phobias (2 and 3).
